Shana Chenile — Founder & CEO

Shana Chenile is Founder and CEO of Civelle Group LLC and the Civelle Foundation. Born in Jamaica and raised in the U.S., she built Civelle on the belief that working families deserve quality homes and the private sector must help provide them. She oversees acquisition, financing, construction, and delivery, using modular and 3D‑printed methods to shorten timelines, cut costs, and meet traditional quality standards. Civelle is based in Houston with plans to expand across the U.S. and the Caribbean.

Valery Civil — Co-Founder

Valery Civil is Co‑Founder of Civelle Group LLC and Civelle Foundation. Born in the U.S. to Haitian immigrants, he understands the importance of stable, quality housing for immigrant and working‑class families, which guides Civelle’s approach. With Shana, he co‑leads strategy, financial operations, and growth planning, focused on creating generational wealth opportunities for underserved families.

Civelle Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit addressing barriers to safe, stable, affordable housing. While Civelle Group builds and delivers, the Foundation focuses on people—combining housing access, financial education, and community development so families can secure and sustain homes.

Operating across the U.S. and the Caribbean, with emphasis in Houston and Kingston, the Foundation targets underserved communities with urgent housing needs. Through partnerships with community groups, municipal agencies, and aligned institutions, Civelle Foundation ensures development is inclusive and benefits those historically excluded.
